Warranty
Redbud Medical Systems guarantees the workmanship and materials of its beds for a period of one year from purchase. This covers the ergometer, the linear actuators, all electrical components, casters and hardware. This warranty does not cover damage to the surfaces (vinyl and laminate) or damage due to irresponsible handling. Redbud is sincerely interested in providing a useful, durable and attractive product. If any problems develop, please contact us immediately.

Delivery
Our beds are not shipped out of a warehouse. Each bed is hand-made according to the specifications for each order. Hence, our delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks, but we will do everything possible to accommodate your time schedule.
The Model 500 and the Model 400 resting beds are shipped, fully-assembled and ready to use in a heavy plywood crate.
We try to deliver personally each SBSS 1000 supine bike stress echo bed, set it up in your lab and demonstrate that each component works perfectly. Occasionally manufacturing demands will prevent this and the bed is shipped fully assembled, ready to use, in a heavy plywood crate.
